- - Forums with more than 5 Members can organise this event at their location address.
- - Only Indian Forum Heads who wish to organise event at their Forum location can register and it will be their responsibility to ensure Forum members are informed about the event.
- - 2 or more Forums may also plan to collectively organize this event.
- - It is an in-Person Event to be conducted at Forum Locations Address, via ZOOM, but prior registrations must by any of the head of participating Forums.
- - Forum Members can also attend event at other participating Forum locations in case their Forum is not organizing event.
- - Final List of participating Forums with their Address will also be uploaded on this Event Page on 9th April for forum Members info.

- The Event will be conducted over ZOOM platform.Make sure to download and familiarize yourself with the same on your devices.
- Please give correct EMAIL-ID at the time of registration.
- You will be able to login to only one device during the event, if you give one ZOOM Email ID for Multiple registrations.
- Your joining information - ZOOM event link and LOGIN DETAILS will be sent on given Email ID.
- It will remain participant responsibility to find the link in given email ID.(check Inbox or spam folders).

- ZOOM Webinar Joining Link will also be sent on the Zoom Email ID that you had added while registering.
In case you don't find Email with the Joining Link then you can login to shivyogportal.com for your ZOOM webinar joining link.
