Guidelines - International Forums Organizing IN PERSON Guru Purnima Event

• Guru Purnima Special In-Person Forum Event will be approximately two hours long.
• International Forums that have two or more Active members are welcome to organize this in-person event and play the content at the venue any time on either 12 or 13 of July.

• ---

  For a Forum to organize this event, the Forum Head has to register for the event below.
• Forum Heads must have an active forum membership to organize this event.
• If there are more than one active Forum Heads, only one Forum head has to register for this event.
• Registration has to be done latest by 11 July 10 AM EST.
• Multiple Forums may plan to collectively organise this event.

  The event attendance is open to All, Forum members , non-members..
• The Attendees are NOT required to register for the event.

• ---

  Guru Purnima Special Episode will be shared on 11 July, with registered  Forums on this event.
• You must have stable internet with upload & downalod speed of 10 MBPS to play this content.

List of participating Forums with Venue details will be uploaded on shivyogportal.com home page by 11 July.
